1. TEAM INFORMATION
Waivers & Team Check-In
Check your team name/division in this team list (see current team list here)
Get your waivers signed before the tournament. ONE waiver PER team. Waivers can be emailed to ny7sregistrar@newyorkrugby.com. All teams and players must submit a waiver before being allowed to play. For Adult waivers please click here, for HS waivers please click here.
Pick up your welcome packet at the Check-In Tent before your first game on Saturday. This includes your schedule, the venue map, and wristbands for the after-party for adult teams.
Uniform / Kit Tips
Those of you that have played on Randall’s Island before in November know very well that it is cold and the ground can be rough!
We highly recommend all players wear leggings/tights and bring a spare, warm, dry kit. Each team should also bring its own antiseptic wipes and/or spray. Please DRESS WARM & IN LAYERS. As of right now, the weather shows 50% chance of rain as well so it’s best to be prepared.

The schedule can be found here. All teams must check in at least 30 mins prior to their first match. For all matches, you must check in with the referee during half-time of the previous game.
TROPHIES
If you place as a cup, plate, or bowl champion, please make sure to pick up your hardware! Hardware is provided by Trophy World Inc. in Brooklyn, NY.
2. ON-SITE INFORMATION
PARKING
Randall’s Island Address: 20 Randall’s Island Park, New York, NY 10035
If you use google maps, you can input what field you are looking for. However, please note that around the playing fields there is limited parking. Once these fill up you will need to park in the Icahn Stadium Parking Lot (click the link for directions).
DO NOT park on the grass, on sidewalks, or in front of our ambulances! We are not responsible for any potential tickets from Randall’s Island Park for parking on grass or sidewalks.
FOOD
We will have Suffolk Catering Company at Randall’s this year with a new and improved set up! They’ll be serving everything from burgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, wraps, sandwiches, sodas, juice’s, coffee, snacks and pastries.
They can be found at the 70 fields, 80 fields, and at the orange concession which is centrally located near our Fan Village. So no waiting on long lines as there are food options at every main location of our venue!
MERCH
We have lots of new options this year for you to leave with all the merch you could want!
Stop by our Fine Designs tent in the fan village to pick up your Official New York 7s Merchandise...with a twist! You will have the option to customize your gear with your team name, number, etc.! There will be various t-shirt, long-sleeve, and hoodie options for you to choose from. Don’t miss out on this fun, new opportunity!
Forgot your shorts or mouthguard? Wanted to purchase a new ball? Stop by the Steamroller truck for any of your rugby needs! Their concession truck will be parked right in front of the Fan Village.
Lastly, we’re excited to have our very own Major League Rugby team, Rugby New York stop by the tournament! They will be selling Rugby New York merchandise in the fan village and will have their 2022 MLR Championship Shield on display - definitely check it out!
Medical
Weill Cornell Medicine will be our on-site medical provider and they will be able to help with any issues that come up. They will be located adjacent to the check-in tent and will be available starting at 7am for any taping needs. In case any emergency occurs we will have the Bedford Stuyvesant Volunteer Ambulance Corps on standby near the Fan Village all day.

FRIDAY WELCOME EVENT
Stop by Judy Z’s anytime between 12PM - 12AM on Friday, November 29th, and join our All-Day Welcome Event! All Ages are invited to stop by as Judy Z’s is a full-service restaurant. There will be NY 7’s food and drink specials. Check out their menu here.

SATURDAY NIGHT AFTER-PARTY
Doors open at 8PM for our famous 21+ after-party! But this year we’re bringing you to a new location - 5th & Mad, located in the heart of Manhattan! We will have an exclusive floor to dance the night away, food will be served until 11pm, and there will be cocktail specials! What more could you ask for? Check out their menu here.
Teams will receive 13 wristbands in their welcome packet received at check-in. Additional guests are welcome to attend for just a $10 entry fee at the door.
